Prosecutor’s oath (solemn vow)
Prosecutor after assigning into a position is taking the oath (solemn vow).
Prosecutor’s oath (solemn vow) is administered by Prosecutor General.
Prosecutor’s robe and insignia of office
Prosecutors, while fulfilling their duties in the Court and in other cases laid down by the Bylaws on wearing of Prosecutor’s robe and insignia and on their standards, must wear Prosecutor’s robe with insignia – the lapel pin attached to it. The Council of Prosecutor General shall develop and adopt the Bylaws on wearing of Prosecutor’s robe and insignia and on their standards.
